Memorial Junior High School’s BRAVE club members completed a community service project to lift the spirits of children spending the holidays in Winthrop University Hospital. They assembled more than 50 care packages containing items intended to bring joy and inspiration.

Each package contains stickers, a box of crayons and a “Be BRAVE” coloring book. The BRAVE Club students designed the coloring book themselves with festive winter-themed pages. The gifts will be delivered to the Child Life Program at Winthrop, where they will be placed on each patient’s lunch tray as a heartfelt holiday surprise.
