The Performing Arts Program’s Acting Concentration students along with two Theatre Production students presented a wonderful showing at Hofstra University's 69th Annual Shakespeare Scene and Design Competition on March 6.

Courtney Chamblin was honored with the Best Actor award, Willow Chamblin received the Best Scenic Design award for her design for Romeo and Juliet and Ayana Franck won Best Costume Design (for the second year in a row) for her South African inspired designs for twelve characters from Macbeth.

The Performing Arts Program members are now preparing for their next Showcase performance on March 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Central High School.
