The Future Medical Leaders was created by and for students interested in pursuing a career in the Medical/Science fields of study. Students have provided information/presentations/ debates on medical school programs, colleges, contraversial medical topics (cloning, prescribed psychiatric drugs, etc), as well as internships in local professional facilities. Students have also volunteered their time at local hospitals, providing musical and performing arts entertainment for geriatric patients while earning community service credits. Fundraising events- Valentines Day 2005 Rose Sale to benefit the Tsunami Relief, and The Central Relief Show to benefit the American Red Cross February 16, 2006 .
