Systems

Technical systems are designed to produce specific outcomes
such as products, structures, energy and aditional systems.

  • Students will explain a system in terms of its in input, process and output.
  • Students will describe how sensors are used to gather information, process it and change how the systems reacts.
  • Students will be able to design, assemble, explain and operate a simple open loop and closed loop mechanical, electronic and electrical system.
  • Students will be able to analyze an existing technological system in terms of how it works, its cost, function and safety. (Ex: home heating system.)
