Math and Finance

Course Description
This full year course is a specialized course for students who have successfully passed a Mathematics Regents. The course will conform to the Commencement Level Mathematics Standards and students will earn 1 unit of mathematics credit. All mathematical topic areas will employ applied academic applications. Practical examples will help you to understand credit, loans, investing, payroll, discounts and exchange rates. Calculators and computers will be used for solving many of the problems.

	50% of the students grade shall be based on class exams.
