Students are encouraged to schedule time to meet with their teachers during the times set aside for after school help.  This extra help time enables students to seek extra help on instructional items, receive guidance regarding upcoming tests, etc.  All parents will be receiving specific information regarding the availability of their own children’s teachers for these extra help sessions. These extended hours will occur on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.  In addition, many teachers will continue to be available at a variety of other times.

Parents are always encouraged to contact their children’s teachers and guidance counselors to seek advice about the most effective way to utilize this extra time as well as for additional avenues of extra support.  We ask that parents strongly encourage their children to utilize this additional support as needed.

After school activities such as sports and clubs will begin following the end of extra help time, at approximately 3:20 p.m.
